The Things That Knock You Down Make You Strong - With Prinitan

Many of my guests have rebelled against their upbringing, but not Prinitan. Prinitan accepted life as it came.

Born in India, Prinitan was brought up to believe that girls should not speak too much as they were here to serve. You kept your opinions to yourself.
She tells us that she didn't have confidence as she didn't know what that was.

When Prinitan suffered the loss of two people who were very close to her, she found solace in spiritual self-help books. She couldn't discuss her feelings with her family, so these books were her go-to when she faced any issue.

When Prinitan went to live in Canada, she was diagnosed with ADHD. By then, she was 43. She had already commenced working with neurodivergent children and now she realised why she connected with the children so well.

Prinitan believes that each issue we face in our lives makes us stronger.
Now, Prinitan is helping other women face their own issues through her coaching and her work with Seva 4 Women.
